Nichelle Brooks, B.S., RVT

A Maryland native, Nichelle Brooks, graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science. She continued her education at Sanford Brown Institute where she completed her sonography training. Clinical experience at Washington Adventist Hospital led her to Maryland Vein Professionals where she has served as a venous specialty sonographer since 2007. "I love the personalized patient interaction and I get gratification when I see patients' excitement over the outcome of their legs," says Nichelle. "MVP doesn't feel like a job to me, the staff members are like my family." Nichelle loves spending time with her husband and two children and enjoys reading, going out to eat, and watching movies.

Sherrie Crouse, RVT

Sherrie Crouse completed her sonography studies at The University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She has had clinical sonography experience at the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Unit, The University of Maryland, The Johns Hopkins Bayview Campus, and North Arundel Medical Center. Sherrie joined Maryland Vein Professionals as a Sonographer in 2007.

Amy Thompson, B.S., RVT

Amy Thompson is a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She earned a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University in 1995, and an Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Cape Fear Community College in 2007. She joined Maryland Vein Professionals Sonography Team in March 2008.

Edie Panzarella, M.Ed., RVT

Edie Panzarella graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Certificate in Diagnostic Medical Sonography specializing in Vascular Ultrasound. She holds a Master's degree in Education from Towson University. She joined Maryland Vein Professionals Team in December 2006. She also oversees the educational division of the Maryland Vein Professionals Vascular Lab.

Alice Brass, RDMS

Alice Brass is a Register Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with the American Registry of Diagnostic Sonographers. She is a graduate of Ultrasound Diagnostic School. Clinical experience at Anne Arundel Medical Center, University of Marylad CFAFC, and St Joseph Medical Center. She joined Maryland Vein Professionals in February of 2009.

Mulu Aweke, RVT

Mulu Aweke completed her vascular ultrasound technology at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She has had clinical experience at Baltimore Washington hospital, Maryland General Hospital, Bayview and Good Samaritan Hospital. She joined Maryland Vein Professionals Sonography Team in 2010.
